Return & Exchange
We are happy to offer return and exchange for orders above $100 placed on mavenwatches.com for a full amount refund. However, for order below $100, customers have to return the parcel to the original warehouse by their own expense. All orders have 30 days of return/exchange window. Standard/Expedited shipping fees or orders with customization are non-refundable.
We're happy to accept returns on unworn watches or straps in the original condition (must keep the original watch box, no wrinkle on the leather straps, tamper-evident label and the shipping materials that your order came in.).
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. 2. Our customer support will send you the return instruction within 48 hours. Returning the order with your choice of carrier. 3. We will reimburse you a maximum of $7 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) return shipping cost once the order is qualified for the return/exchange. Only PayPal is eligible for the reimbursement of return shipping cost. 4. Customer needs to provide the receipt of the shipping expense for the reimbursement. 5. A full amount of the order will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Watch Specs & Warranty
Getting on to the mechanical parts of your watch, note that we are using Swiss Ronda Movement. As a family-owned company that is now in second-generation hands, Ronda AG attaches great value to maintaining its outstanding quality and innovative design. The company today is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of high precision electronic watch movements.
All our watches are fitted with sapphire crystal glass, a natural growing crystal that is made from minerals grown in furnaces which takes delicate work during machining. The end result is beautiful as the front guards the screen without interfering with the dial and its features, and more importantly it is immensely scratch-resistant with excellent hardness and durability.
Our timepieces are made according to the high-quality standards of Maven Watches. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
The warranty for a Maven timepiece is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.
If you experience any damage to your watch that is considered to be covered by our warranty, you can contact our customer service team by sending an email request firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the further help. We are very happy to help you fix it as soon as possible.
Batteries fitted in our timepieces are expected to last between 2 to 4 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.
Please set the time to 12:00 sharp and check that the crown is pushed in, completely, against the watch case. Wait 15 minutes to see if the minute hand has moved. If this does not resolve the issue, kindly contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
